WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

September 10th, 2027. You are more than welcome to RSVP before this date! Just click the RSVP page above.

MAY I BRING A GUEST?

Absolutely you may as long as you RSVP'd including your plus one by 09/10/2027!

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

We welcome your little ones! We just ask that you keep a close eye on them and make sure they are included when you RSVP.

CAN I STAY AT THE VENUE?

Yes! Please visit our accommodations page for more information.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest suit, blazer, or button down with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work.

IS THIS AN OUTDOOR EVENT?

Absolutely not, Virginia weather is way too unpredictable. Ceremony, cocktail hour, reception are all in the same build in different rooms.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes! There is plenty of parking on site! There will be signs and attendants directing you to parking.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please plan on arriving at 4:00 pm to give yourself time to park and find a seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

After we say "I DO," we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour were there will be beer, wine, cocktails, and light hors d'oeuvres served. Will will take our seats for dinner at 6:00 pm.
